Desired Keywords in Autobuild and Automatch Searches

What's new?

Autobuild and Automatch (Recommended Candidates) now rank candidate keyword matches instead of filtering them out by default, giving you a broader, better-sorted pool of results. Click any keyword chip to set it to Required (only matching candidates appear), Desired (matching candidates rank higher; this is the default), or Exclude (matching candidates are removed).

Why does it matter?

This gives you finer control over your Autobuild and Recommended Candidates searches, helping you avoid narrowing your results too early while still surfacing the best matches first.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all Search & Match customers using Autobuild and Recommended Candidates. For more information, see Desired Keywords in Autobuild.
